Before the shirts are shipped from Italy to the Netherlands, extensive quality checks are done. In spite of these checks, it may happen that our products do not meet your expectations. In such a case, you can return the product to our returning address in the Netherlands within 15 days after delivery in its original packaging. Please state your name and order date when returning goods, or enclose the original invoice/packing slip.
Upon receiving a return shipment, we will contact you to discuss possibilities:
- you desire a new shirt (in a different size and/or model);
- the whole purchase amount will be refunded directly into your back account (in case of an iDeal payment);
- your credit card payment will be refunded.
Fashion Helmets
For Fashion Helmets different conditions are applied. A helmet can not be returned because of safety reasons. After all, it is impossible to sell a helmet which has fallen once. We are not able to verify its state when a helmet is returned.
Returning the helmet is possible in case of production, delivery or factory errors.
